Products and handmade variations
Our products are handcrafted or personalized. Small variations in color, pattern placement, finish, texture, and appearance are normal and help make each piece unique. Screen settings and photography may also affect how colors appear.
Personalization
You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, colors, and other personalization details before submitting an order. We will create the item using the information provided. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after work begins.
Orders, prices, and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice before an order is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Payment must be authorized before production or fulfillment begins. We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot complete it, if required information is missing, or if fraud or misuse is suspected.
Processing and shipping
Personalized items require preparation time before shipment. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery timing may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, address errors, or other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. A personalized order generally cannot be cancelled once work has begun. Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by Heart & Hand Creations. Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact heartandhandcreations@gmail.com promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, correction, or refund.
Custom requests and submitted material
You confirm that you have permission to use any names, text, images, logos, or designs you submit. You may not request content that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. We may refuse a custom request at our discretion. You retain ownership of material you submit, while granting us permission to use it only as needed to review, create, and fulfill your order.
Website content
The website, branding, product photographs, descriptions, and original designs are owned by or licensed to Heart & Hand Creations and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We work to provide accurate information and dependable service, but the website may occasionally contain errors or experience interruptions.
